Once despatched all deliveries except for 1st class post are guaranteed to arrive before a certain time. We use a combination of Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and Courier options.
However for reasons beyond our control sometimes these deliveries arrive late or damaged. If this is the case you are entitled to the following refunds:-
If for some reason (excluding adverse weather, strikes, blockades or natural disasters) a delivery attempt has not been made on your chosen day and before your chosen time you are entitled to a refund for the cost of delivery only.
Deliveries to all third party locations and hospitals and any orders sent by by 1st Class mail are excluded from this.
Deliveries to some remote parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland can take up to 2-3 days and refunds will not be given for late deliveries in these cases. We have a comprehensive list of post codes effected on our Terms & Conditions!
Damaged, Lost or Missing Goods
If a item is missing from your order or damaged we will replace it or refund you for the cost of the missing or damaged item only, not the whole order. We reserve the right to ask that you to post the order back to us if required. (We will reimburse any postage costs incurred).
Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 5 days of the chosen delivery date.
I'm sorry but due to the perishable nature of the products we sell we do not accept returns for any reason. If refunds are sort they will only be given at the discretion of the Company Director.
If you have a complaint about our service please contact us as soon as possible so we can put into action a fair, confidential and effective complaint procedure. If your query concerns damage or non delivery of your order we will give the matter particular urgency and investigate the given circumstances fully.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 1 working day and resolve complaints within 3-4 working days.
